1. Approved agenda and review May 3
Meeting Notes
We agreed to pass on the following
suggestions to the DCN Board:
a) A page on the DCN website
explaining and describing DCN's
appreciation of donor support -
including how to make
donations of all sorts and sizes
especially cash.
b) Articles about DCN's work in the
COOP newsletter - is this
something that has already been
negotiated but not yet
instituted?
c) Having DCN logo, oneline mission
and URL and
imprinted on supportive businesses
shopping bags
(paper or cloth) - eg the COOP
again?
d) Offer computer camps - a future
venture
e) Beef up the Public Education
Committee with new members
(also the Training and IP
Committees)
2. We were each assigned two sites to

We were pleased to find such a high
level of success in creating useful sites.
3. We granted the DEF (Davis
Educational Foundation) an
extra year on its shell site. The web
site exists but the
Foundation needs more time to gather its
momentum
and become active again as an
organization.
