Visitors interested in joining the IPC:  Alan Bodenhorn, Anne Evans


1.    Meeting called to order at 6:37 p.m.
2.    Approved Agenda

3.    	Projects: - Capay Valley Vision - Nonprofit Lurker Account
	Approved by consensus (Moved: Alan Brattesani, Second: John Chiles)
	
4.    	Discussion of current and past IPC authorized resources
	We moved to the computers and worked separately on
	a)  Investigating DCN web for evidence that recent projects have their web pages up.
	b)  Reviewing some Draft help pages for Simple Sites.
	      
5.	Open Discussions - committee membership
	Rajiv Seth needed to step down from the committee and so the committee 
	needs some new members. 
	The two visitors to this meeting are both interested in becoming IPC members.
