Applicant Irni - not invited to this meeting. This request from an individual, volunteer DCTV producer could not be approved since it does not have the backing of a local nonprofit community group and does not directly address a specific DCN goal. The committee recommends that Irni use the web space in a free yahoo account. Reviews for annual extensions The committee moved to the computers and spent some time reviewing project websites and noting those that were not updated or that appear to need help. It was agreed that: The Funeral Consumers Alliance Simple site needs help and this might be done at the next ipc meeting. RY will contact Robin Houston of the DCOC site to address the problem with the front page images which do not display. Anne will contact: The Golden Valley 4H to say shell usage can continue. Schmalenberger to ask if dialup is still needed. Soroptimists to ask about progress Waterworks and WEN to ask about progress. The Project Poll issue was not addressed for lack of time. The next meeting will be August 6 and the plan is to have an inservice forthe committee members to learn about Simple Site management in order to help some of the projects that are not progressing well enough.
