1. The meeting was called to order by Chair Hance at 6:35pm
2. The draft agenda was approved with the addition of a request from 
Richard Yamagata on behalf of the Uman Sister City Project as item 
3e)

           e)  Uman Sister City proposal by R. Yamagata was not 
addressed:
                     Uman Sister City Request for virtual addressing in the
	      DCN "go" directory. Time was short and Richard Y. was
	      not present to present and explain the request.
4.  The disk allocations for explorit and stckphto which require annual 
renewal
     were approved. There was some discussion about stckphto and 
regret expressed that it was not living up to its anticipated potential of 
providing the DCN website with a visually revealing depiction of 
Davis.  This should be discussed at a future meeting.
