Call to order at 6:32 PM 2. Approved Agenda with addition of item 3e) on motion by John Chiles, seconded by Rajiv Seth. 3. Review of Project Applications: a) Held over from May We discussed the application from Nancy McWilliams on behalf of Boy Scout Troop 466 requesting a shell account. We approved by consensus 1 Simple Site instead of a shell. b) We approved by consensus the application from Michelle Reardon on behalf of 'Israel Matters' of Congregation Bet Haverim of Davis [moved by John Chiles, seconded by Alan Bodenhorn] as follows: 1 Simple Site 2 Mailman Lists An Organization Web Calendar Calendar Training? c) Could not consider the application from Everett Schwartz on behalf of DHS Madrigal Choir for 1 Simple site, Web Team help/training because the applicant did not appear. d) We ratified an email-vote approval of a request from Sarah Boone & Michelle Reardon on behalf of DHS Symphony Orchestra Boosters for a short term (3 months) email account e) We discussed with Bob Milbrodt an application from Dan Berman on behalf of the Coalition for Local Power. The request originally asked for 4 dialup accounts 1 nonprofit dialup account Training in HTML, PHP, MySQL and help to create a website using an open source content management system (CMS). It transpired that the group probably only needed a shell and (in conversation at the end of the meeting with Dan) a Mailman List. Richard Lowenberg will have a conversation with the applicants Dan and Bob and clarify their needs so that they can submit the RAC application form. 4. Discussion a) We discussed adjusting the online application form to deal with requests from minor (underage) applicants. An additional field will be added: Are you an adult aged 18 or older?
