Hidden Messages. I have a fistula which drains continually, Requiring several 'pad changes' every 24 hours. To make this change, I remove my shorts Which fall randomly on the floor. Once, as I viewed this cloth-hulk, I suddenly saw a smiling face in its outline! It looked like a jester smiling at me with all its wisdom. Even a random pile of clothing might convey a message.
