About YARN
| Yolo Area Regional Network (YARN) is dedicated to the cooperative
development of telecommunication systems and services for the
benefit and enhancement of this regional community's social,
cultural, economic, political and environmental future. Initiated in 1996, as a project of the Davis Community Network (DCN), YARN has brought together a partnering of county and local governments, university and schools, public service organizations and business groups. It is now moving to incorporate greater community sectors' involvement and participation; and to develop strategically pragmatic and cooperative projects.
